Founder of Sol Alignment! Natalhie is a plant medicine guide and integration coach. Here soul’s purpose is to help people through their healing journey and guide them back home to their whole-hearted selves. She has a passion for personal development, spirituality, and plant medicine; which led her to create Sol Alignment - a place for people to heal, grow, love, and deepen their relationship with themselves.

Plant Medicine Preparation Coaching
Plant medicine experiences are unique and profound, which is why I created plant medicine coaching for those interested in seeking guidance, clarity, and preparation for upcoming ceremonies. This is perfect for newbies to plant medicine or even those who are experienced but want to refine their approach. I will coach you weeks before your ceremony regarding your safety, diet, spirituality, and your mindset. We will clarify your intentions and answer any questions/concerns you may have. Lastly, I will offer one post-ceremony session to discuss your experience and set achievable goals for your integration.

Plant Medicine Integration Coaching
This option is great for those seeking guidance post-ceremony. I use a life-coaching and shamanistic approach to this type of coaching. As a curandera, I connect to Ayahuasca during our time together to help further break down any limiting beliefs or fears. I create a space for you to talk about deep insights, emotional crises, worry, and/or anxiety. I want to offer more than just a one-time conversation, as it is known that plant medicine revelations can take up to months. I am here to guide and support you along the way. My goal is to teach you how to embody the messages you receive so that you can make significant and long-lasting impacts on your life moving forward.

Personal Coaching
Personal coaching, also known as life coaching, is for those looking to make a significant transformation. Learn to expand your self-awareness, consciousness, and mindset. Each session is 1:1 and designed to help guide you to your authentic and best self. Our time together includes sessions and homework assignments designed to your unique personal experience. We will work towards your goals together as a team. I will guide you in making clear and intentional decisions in your life involving but not limited to; limiting beliefs, a career change, finding your purpose, relationships (familial, platonic, and romantic), self-love, self-worth, and spirituality.

Reiki & Shamanic Energy Work
I use a "palm healing" technique that guides healthy energy flow throughout the body and its chakras. In addition, I also use shamanic methods, instruments, and tools as well. Each session will help you feel calm, centered, and clear. Energy sessions will always include a check-in conversation before we do the energy work and every session ends with integration and an option to pull oracle cards. These sessions are best done over a period time to support the healing and to feel shifts within the body, mind, and spirit.

Plant Medicine Ceremony
Your ceremony will be guided using Rapéh (pronounced ra-pay), a cleansing yet grounding plant medicine (non-psychoactive and legal) from the Amazon jungle. Our time together will be spent 1:1, where I intuitively pick the blend of rapéh that I and your spirit guides feel is best for you. I will gently blow the rapéh into each nostril and then proceed to do energy work on you. Once you have completed an initial ceremony, it is recommended to do 2-3 more ceremonies to receive the full benefits and see results.

Oracle Guidance Call
An oracle guidance call brings clarity and confidence to help you move forward in 1 specific area in your life. You will receive a 30-minute phone call with me, and I will pull oracle cards during our time to deepen your guidance and connect to your spirit guides. In addition, we will set a realistic plan to achieve your goal by the end of the call. These 30 min calls are a customer favorite because they’re quick, direct, and are focused on your present energy. I do not pull on tarot or make predictions but instead, I identify your blockages and guide you to a solution using a coaching, shamanistic, and intuitive approach.
Rate: $55 for 30 min
